News, Information, Events

Collection Date for Operation Christmas Child-

Sunday, November 12th. The church trailer will be open that day for you to place your shoeboxes in. There are shoeboxes located at the Welcome Center (they are not put together).

Our goal is to have 300 boxes to send. Please do not include: any candy or toothpaste (these are no longer accepted), used or damaged items, war-related items, chocolate or food, seeds, fruit, fruit snacks, drink mixes, liquids, lotions, medications,

vitamins, breakable items.

We’re crying for help! We are needing help in the infant and toddler nurseries during both hours on Sunday mornings. Any help is appreciated! If you are interested in helping or want more information, please contact Barb at #765/914-0433.

The Oblong Christian Children’s Home is no longer accepting Campbell’s soup labels. Thank you to everyone who participated in the past!

Our food pantry is becoming low on some items again. We need items such as: macaroni & cheese, spaghetti & sauce, dry cereal, oatmeal, canned meats, baked beans, canned fruit of all kinds, applesauce, boxed instant mashed potatoes, pancake & quick bread mixes (especially ones that only need water added), ramen noodles, peanut butter & Jelly, soup (especially chicken noodle, vegetable, tomato). We still have plenty of canned vegetables. We would prefer canned or plastic bottles instead of glass, so we don't have to worry about breakage. Bring any donations to the church office. Thank you!

Do you like to sing? Whether you think you’re very good or not, you are welcome to join us for Large Group. This is a chance to help lead the service through song. We’ll practice at 6 PM on Thursday for the traditional service or at 7 PM on Thursday for the contemporary- or maybe you’d want to come to both! Especially as we look to merge our services next month, this can be a chance to meet some new people and connect with them, learn new songs or pour your heart out in familiar songs. Join us for rehearsal(s) on Thursday! Contact for more information.

Starting Point Class

Do you have questions about what it means to be a Christian? What would be different if I became a Christian? What does CCC believe about God and Jesus? We'll answer those questions and more in this class. Call the church office (765-855-5176) to register for the next class. There is also a "Fast Track" version.
