Elders
Randy Ballinger
Randy has served for many years as an Elder at CCC. He is a student of Scripture and guardian of truth, while also exhibiting great grace and humility. He is husband to Gina and father to Bradley, Daniel, and Andrew. He also teaches an adult Sunday School class.
Brad Beach
Brad is a long-time attender at CCC who has also served as a deacon. Besides serving as an Elder for many years he is also financial chairman. He loves Christ's church and is a great protector of His flock. Brad is husband to Lisa and father to Nathan.
John Reddington
John is fairly new to our Elder board but has shown great wisdom and leadership in the last few years that he has served. He is active in jail ministry and teaching as needed. His heart's desire is to follow Jesus and glorify him in his life. He is husband to Kathy and father to Paul, Mark, Dana, and Caleb.
Wes Sewell
Wes is also the Senior Pastor at CCC since 2012. He is honored to serve with these men who have a true heart for Jesus, shepherding Christ's flock, and reaching the lost.
Dave Torbeck
Dave and his wife are some of our most tireless and faithful servants at CCC. Dave has worked with our youth, is liaison to our deacon board and serves in many ways wherever needed. He and his wife Pam invite and bring college students from Earlham College to our church services. Pam also leads our food ministry, providing meals for various fellowships, funerals, etc.
Steve Uphaus
Steve is our chairman and has been a member/partner at CCC since 2011. He is passionate about God's grace and sharing the Gospel and teaches in various capacities, but specializes in electives. He is husband to Linda and father to Christina, Marissa, and Chloe.
