Do you want to learn how to take control of your money, plan for your future and transform your life? Then, the Financial Peace University class is for you. It will begin on Sunday, February 17th and run each Sunday evening from 5:00 - 6:30 PM through Sunday, April 14th. The class will be led by Ryan Tice. Cost is $129- scholarships are available. *Would you like to be involved in a ministry that provides comfort to those ill, recovering from surgery or going through an emotional time? The Joy Circle makes no-sew fleece blankets to give to those needing some comfort. *Toy washers are needed for God's Big Backyard. You will wash toys in the nursery area each week for a month, on a rotating basis. The number of months you will work during the year depends on the amount of volunteers. If you are interested in this, please contact Miss Barb- #765/914-0433.

Due to the weather over the weekend, My Brother's Keeper, scheduled to be here in concert on Sunday, January 20th, had to be postponed. The concert will now take place on Sunday, February 10th, at 7:00 PM. The concert is FREE- but a free will offering will be taken up.
The Senior Adult Fellowship will take a trip this Wednesday, the 23rd, to Wick's in Winchester for lunch (weather permitting). Please meet at the church- we will leave on the bus at 10:30 AM. See Terry with questions.
Parents, please fill out a 2019 Medical Release Form. This is needed for all children, age 0 through high school. We use these for any trips that are taken, for when the kids go to the nursing homes, etc. You may pick one up at the Family Ministry bulletin board.
We are grateful for all the donations to the Food Pantry. It has been a great help during the holiday season. As always, we will take any non-perishable foods. Items we can use that we don't get donations of very often are canned fruit, canned meats and dry breakfast cereal. Bring donations to the church office.
While making room for all your new Christmas "stuff", save your old "stuff" for the church garage sale on May 27th - June 1st, 2019. "One man's trash . . . another man's TREASURE". Please do not bring anything to the church until we announce for you to.
We are forming a team of volunteers who are willing to be contacted when Operation Serve type needs arise throughout the year. Things such as deliveries, small home repairs, etc. If you are willing to help us extend the love of Operation Serve to others all year long, please fill out a slip at the Welcome Center. You may place it in the offering plate or leave it at the Welcome Center. By signing up, you are only indicating you are interested in being contacted for help when needs arise.
